Our Mission

We exist to expand opportunity for the people the global economy overlooks.

For too many capable, motivated people, opportunity ends where their family's resources or their geography ends. We're building Global Opportunity Foundation to be the institution that bridges that gap, through serious education, real mentorship, and the small amounts of capital that change trajectories.

Opportunity changes generations. We invest in people, not pity them, and we stay with them as they grow.

What We're Building

Three focus areas for our first three years.

Our work is concentrated on three areas where we believe a new foundation can have the most measurable, durable impact.

01

Entrepreneurship Education

Free, practical training for first-time founders, from validating an idea to running a real business that supports a family.

02

Why We're Building This

Talent is universal. Opportunity isn't.

Around the world there are millions of people with the work ethic, the ideas, and the responsibility to lift their families and communities. What they're missing is access to education they can trust, mentors who've walked the road, and modest capital at the right moment. We're building the institution that bridges that gap.

Built for the long term

This is not a short-term initiative. We are building an institution designed to operate at scale for decades.

Founded on transparency

Every dollar accounted for. Every governance policy public. Every outcome measured and reported.

Excellence is respect

The people we serve deserve world-class programs. We don't strip down what works because the audience is underserved.

Global from the start

Headquartered in the United States, designed for international reach. Our first international chapters launch in 2027.

Our Programs

From Our Founder

This work is personal.

Orhan A. Mutlu, Founder & Chair

I founded Global Opportunity Foundation because I have seen, again and again, that the gap between people and opportunity is rarely talent. It is access, to knowledge, to people who have done it, to the small amounts of capital that change everything.

We are starting small, deliberately. We are recruiting mentors, designing programs, and securing partners. By the end of our first three years, we intend to be one of the most consequential new educational foundations in the country.
